Yes
Anything I post may be my opinion and not the law... you are responsible to do your own verification.

Blackstone (1753-1765) maintains that "the law holds that it is better that ten guilty persons escape than that one innocent suffer."

I don't have a cpl. Is open carry legal on a cycle without a cpl?

I've heard it called "a legal gray area" on this forum before.  If you have a lot of money for a lawyer and don't mind the fine and/or possible jail time -- we'd all love a test case.  Let us know how it works ;)

It is not recommended, there is no clarity on this one, there just isn't.  MSP says it's ok, most others feel a bike is a vehicle just like a car, a CPL is needed.  We recommend you do not w/o a CPL, carrying a concealed weapon w/o a license is a five year felony, will cost you a lot of money and you could lose your firearm rights.  Don't risk it.
