Because getting the government into something makes things better. I can't believe some "libertarians" wanted this.

Unless I am poor in my reading ability and understanding this looks like a direct violation of both the 9th and the 10th amendments to the US constitution. Then again that rarely stops the idiots from doing anything these days. Does NOT make their action legal either.
