Well another lawsuit in the wings

Apparently Durand school board does not understand the legal meaning of the word "pre-emption". As their policy is a very interesting way in violating that fact and the media is putting a rather interesting spin on it.

Hopefully I got that right. When will these idiot's stop and think? There has got to be a legal method to hit these folks doing this directly in their pocketbook and not the public purse. Any of the law folks willing to look it up?

It was HB 5500 which didn't get very far, but stay tuned.

Why should that be hard?
All 5500 was doing was asking a bunch of government employees to vote to hold other government employees personally responsible for their deliberate unlawful actions. What politician is going to vote for something as crazy as that?
