It does. When my computer runs low on memory, only HTTP sites will load, no HTTPS sites will load. Still, if it does really make a difference, then we should keep HTTPS. Maybe I'll try Safari. I'm not satisfied with Firefox or Chrome (or IE). They all have issues.
No jeer for you seeing this thread late. You do, however, deserve about 1,000 jeers for re-enabling Karma!

Heh no one turned on karma an update did that by itself. We could turn it off.

And for the record I have no opinion regarding Karma on or off ... I even had a hard time finding it even after this thread was started. :(
