One comment said the chief was taking a job as chief in Beebe, Arkansas.  Can't confirm.

I wonder if the city council in Beebe has ruled he is not to arrest any more OCers?

Wayne Ballew is the chief on Beebe's web page, but he looks old enough to retire.
