$5.7 million jury award against Badger Guns

In the Badger Guns case, there was video showing the straw purchase. Jurors saw evidence of the buyer struggling with the forms, and the man who shot the officers pointing to a gun, saying, "That's the one that I want."

The gun stores I've seen would have thrown the shoppers out of the building for that.

I read that the ATF yanked the FFL from Badger at least twice for similar violations. Each time a different family member applied for and received a FFL and "took over" the business. This family seems shady.
