The headline must have been Freep's idea of sarcasm, and making fun of SB442 for allowing CC in PFZs.

Not sure about children, but 14-15 seems a reasonable age ;)

I wouldn't put a gun in my 24 yo without ADULT supervision.  23 yo, maybe.

Some teens, absolutely.
