Art Bouvier has a message for criminals: Don't mess with Papa Roux.
The Eastside restaurant owned by Bouvier was robbed Saturday night, the first time that's happened in the popular Cajun eatery's eight years of business. Now, Bouvier is offering a 25 percent discount to customers who can show a handgun license.

License, Hell, I'd demand they actually bring a gun if they want 1/4 off. (but he's probably afraid that some idiots would actually unholster in the store if he asked for concrete evidence of carry)
