The Libertarian Party has gone off the rails, or they're trying hard not to do to Trump what Perot did to Bush in 1992?

(but I prefer to think that banning gun imports by executive order as soon as he took office, in addition to breaking his 'read my lips' tax pledge, cost GHWB his re-election hopes as much as anything HR Perot did)

1. There is no candidate selected yet for LP POTUS.
2. The party, not the candidate, chooses the VP Candidate.

They are just copy catting the Democrat candidates action regarding a VP pick.
