New member but not to OC'ing

Good afternoon,

New to this forum but have been carrying, open and concealed for years. I currently reside in Az where the laws seem to be much better, but the heat blows. I have plans to return to the U.P in the next couple of years so I am trying to get an idea of the open/concealed carry landscape.

Welcome. There is a lot of good information here on the forum and on the MOC website, and the occasional conversation does take place here, but unfortunately the forum format seems to be less popular than Facebook nowadays. If you are looking for a more active conversation on any perticular topic, I would recommend the Michigan Open Carry, Inc Facebook group.

Edited for clarity and spelling. I strongly dislike cellphone keyboards.

Welcome Sig!  A good place to start is our open carry FAQ here: http://miopencarry.org/faq

We also have a guide to OC if you do NOT have a CPL or license from another state (must be resident of the state): http://miopencarry.org/ocinfo/nocpl

Please read those and if you have any more questions, feel free to ask here or on our facebook group page here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/MichiganOpenCarry/
