Hours for district court in Detroit Michigan have a CPL wondering can I go into the courthouse with my gun

Work as a court officer we allowed to bring a personal weapons in but I was discharged because I had my personal gun on me when I went to lunch I sign out for lunch am i still on duty. They  said I had my personal weapon on me when I went out to lunch

ocdetroit:
The violation the company violation was not to have no personal Firearms while on duty I signed out for lunch open carry out and in the morning coming in concealed carry the last 3 years what did I miss.
