Removing tapatalk

So it turns out that tapatalk is having some issues. I got cued to this from our friends over at https://www.migunowners.org/forum/showthread.php?393375-For-Tapatalk-Users-Concerned-About-Security.

As a result, I'll be removing support for tapatalk shortly.
