So CNN is showing it's support for the manufacturering of SBR's!   Stock check, lower capable of firing a round? Check. Cut down barrel? Check. Poof SBR.  Every report this guy. We don't need people thinking they can just make SBR's all willy nilly. That guy can file his form, wait the year and pay the $200 like everyone else.
