Here's a questions for you guys. I know theres a law against specifically CC a handgun while having a BAC over .02. But my question is - when i come home I usually grab a beer and maybe a bite to eat - assuming that beer will put me over the .02 is it still illegal for my to CC or even OC my gun while I'm in my own home or business for that matter?
I haven't been able to see anything specific in the law that would make that illegal other then for CPL holders (which I am) while CC.
