Michigan Open Carry will be hosting a 2nd Amendment camp out over the Labor Day holiday weekend at The Trails campground in Frederic Michigan.
This is a chance to camp with like minded people who love the second amendment and the freedoms it affords.
Nice quiet campground. Clean restrooms/showers. Play ground for the kids. Boarders state land for those that want to shoot. Sorry, no waterfront, although the river is within a mile from camp.
If you want to canoe or kayak, there are 4 canoe liveries in, or close to Grayling. If you have never floated the AuSable or Manistee rivers, you are in for a real treat! Reservations are encouraged.
Still putting together plans for an OC Seminar sometime during the weekend.
Sites are $20.00 per night- water and electric. Primitive site are also available.
Camp Hosts will be Reg Carr and Cindy Walker.
Safe and Lawful Open Carry is encouraged, but not necessary!
NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED!
NO DISCHARGE OF WEAPONS ALLOW INSIDE THE PARK!!!!
