Title: South Carolina may get Constitutional Open Carry

Hi guys, I just saw this today in the news, that South Carolina has a bill up that would allow open carry and full Constitutional carry:

Hope the get it passed.
I'd rather see both, open or concealed then I could have a choice.

We got shall issue one state at a time, maybe this will come to MI sooner rather then later.
