Of course, if they add Libraries to MCL 750.234d that will only prevent those without a CPL from OCing.

Listen here, don't confuse the anti's with logic. It makes them type in all caps.

OT: it was good to see you today, hopefully you weren't to scared of the random fat yelling out your name. Crazy you work right acrossed the street and we haven't ran into each other before.
