Title: Allow open carry so you can ban concealed carry

What's the best way to minimize the number of guns on California's streets?   Only allow people to open carry.

in detroit its even quicker that jeff. you think to load your gun and bam ur dead. these street thugs are relentless. they dont care its all about opportunity.

I'm always loaded, chambered and I believe to be ready!...  Hopefully I will never find out.
