Title: Florida judge threatens, hits attorney

Judge threatens attorney with violence after attorney refuses to waive right to a speedy trial. Judge tells attorney to come out into the hall, where the judge grabs the attorney's collar and punches him.

Then what happens, the attorney gets contempt of court and arrested for assault because the judge knows more people?

judge gets a slap on wrist and the lawyer goes to jail for assault on a court official. and like 12000 other bogus charges. gotta love the justice system..
