Ok i got a question to ask you all, and that is can you open carry while operating a farm tractor on a public road?
-
Sure, as long as you have a valid CPL.
-
well wait, does a tractor qualify as a vehicle under state law?
there are also different types of tractors too, which have different features which may or may not make one category a vehicle or not.regular lawn tractors....row crop tractors and then you get up into your full sized modern day commercial tractors, front loaders, all kinds of stuff.
i know me and my grandfather used to carry long arms when we were on the tractor, but we never left the farm...come to think of it,im gonna go spend the rest of my awake time cleanin up the 870 a bit.

If you're on private property, no problem. If you're on public roads or another property, have a CPL.

Only if it is YOUR private property!

well does the definition of vehicle fit a farm type tractor??
could potentially be a gray area, like bicycles.

Nope they are a motorized vehicle. Even golf carts are a problem!

I don't see how this is a grey area at all.
