Title: Detroit bankruptcy halted

Who do you think stopped it (by misreading law, no less)?

Judge Rosemarie Aquilina.

She said the BK didn't honor Barack Obama, and she was going to make sure Obama got a copy of her order.

I expect:

1. Snyder will ignore her order. She can't order him arrested.
2. There's nothing she can do to enforce her order.
3. The AG will appeal it, but the petition won't be withdrawn pending appeal
