Yes, I know OC it totally and completely illegal in FL and TX, but if the guy had been carrying openly, there would have been no reason for a knockout thug who didn't want to be shot to ask him if he had a gun.

Remember the guy in Lansing last year? He was CCing, and a knockout punk tried to knock him out with a stun gun. You think the punk would have messed with him if he ere OCing?
