Title: OC to the grocery store if they sell liqueur
Post by: s_a_c on September 22, 2011, 06:37:34 PM
This is an area I'm confused, I'm worried my CPL may expire before I can get my renewal in, and I'm concerned about open carry when I go to the store (Kroger, KMart, Target, Walmart, etc.) all of which also sell alcohol, they are not bars obviously, but the law says "licensed under the act" as I recall, would that mean that they are no gos for open carry without a CPL?

You can not possess a firearm in any place with a liquor license without a CPL or permission from owner/agent.

Did you apply 60 days prior to your expiration date? If so you old CPL stapled to your receipt for your renewal gives you an additional 180 days once the old CPL expires.
