Hi Phillip,

Since this website has not been edited since it was created back in 2008, I have taken it offline.

Did you just file this or after the January topic? (i.e. did it take them months to get to the DMCA notice?)

I just did it. I tried doing the take down notice from my phone, but that page doesn't work with iOS. It took me a couple months to get back around to it while doing it using Firefox. Once it was submitted, they took it down in minutes.

Cool...  The DCMA safe-harbor provisions are a little weird. I would hate to think they sat on it for three months.

FYI - for future reference if you ever need to do another such take down notice: dually should be duly

Sometimes a dually is appropriate for the heavy work.
