Title: Man faces up to 90 years in prison for state-licensed marijuana greenhouse
Post by: gryphon on October 25, 2012, 01:10:37 AM
I also posted this to OCDO because of the previous, good medi-pot threads there and the debate on state v. federal legality and the BATFE's position.

A man licensed by the state of Montana to grow marijuana has been convicted in a Federal court and will face decades in prison. He faces a mandatory minimum of 45 years and a maximum of 90 years.

Man I sure am glad they got that no good, freeloading, marijuana grower in prison. Best use of tax dollars ever. The last thing we need is a bunch of stoners in Montana, or Michigan for that matter. Oh wait its already too late, oh well.
