Post by: scot623 on June 19, 2012, 06:21:29 PM
The Michigan Court of Appeals will hear oral arguments for CADL vs MOC July 11th 10am. Main issues are argued will be...1. Is the field of firearms regulation fully preempted by the State? 2. Is open carry brandishing?

The precedent set by this case will affect every gun owner in the state, open carrier or otherwise.

The court probably makes a recording available for a fee.
