Title: Grand Rapids Police Chief Belk retiring

Saw this on woodtv.com today: GRPD Chief Belk is retiring. Belk's last day is Feb. 7.

I'm guessing one too many lawsuits over civil rights violations....

Maybe a bunch of OCers should show up for an impromptu retirement send away party for him. It could also serve as a welcoming party for the new chief :)
