My wife turned in her CPL Application middle-ish of July (if i remember right). Yesterday received it (yes The CPL) in the mail along with a letter stating that Ottawa County has changed is licensing procedures, and not all applicants need to appear before the gun board.
About time they figured out Michigan was a "Shall-Issue" State and that they dont need to waste taxpayers' money by sitting down and asking the same questions on the application! Just thought i would share, because i didnt know they changed....
