Real Moose Attack Animal Attack Angry Moose Attacks, kicking Father in chest on snowmobile (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ImgFG0kMQ88#ws)

Why did he have to rack the slide? SMH

Poor little guy. But at least he has one in the chamber now.
-
Waste. I would have at least tried taking the meat.
Also, doesn't look like the guy made sure the Moose was actually done. THAT is probably what pisses me off.

I wish he would have given it a head shot so that it didn't suffer, but I didn't want to be one of those guys.

I don't see anything wrong with not wanting an animal to suffer.
I understand the self defense shoot (although I would have had my firearm out at the first suspicion the animal may attack), but at least make sure it's not suffering.

I was thinking the same thing. Don't just leave without making sure the animal is dead. I've seen animals with arrows still stuck in them. My grandfather took a deer one year that had a hole in its neck. I'm sure his adrenaline was pumping but still.

Yeah, cause you really wanna be around when that thing decides not to be dead anymore and goes back on a rampage...
deer fakes dead (official) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xum24z2R7qM#)
I do think he headshot it from the get go though...

DAUM, I would need extra scent blocker pants after that.
