Title: ACLU Wins Recording Case in Baltimore

I think I read something about the  ACLU also has a phone app that transfers recordings in real time to their own servers.

“Do me a favor and turn that off. It’s illegal to record anybody’s voice or anything else,” an officer told Sharp.

looks like it had the same problem as the other program, phone won't lock while it's recording.

I have bambuser loaded on my Galaxy, but have yet to try it out.
