« on: August 24, 2011, 11:35:26 AM »
I was wandering around the web to day and found this thing that tells you what a state is. As far as OC goes and I was wondering dose anyone know what the are?

Open carry laws of loaded handguns (OpenCarry.org)[16]
  Gold Star Open Carry State
  Open Carry Friendly State
  Licensed Open Carry State
  Non Permissive Open Carry State
  Rural Open Carry State

Arbitrary subjective assignment most likely. Go post the Question on OCDO in the Social Lounge.

If you click on the labels in the lower right hand corner it will give you the definition of each designation. "Arbitrary subjective assignment", certainly, but you can also click on an individual state to see the basis of the assignment.
