I have left two voicemails for the events coordinator at Cabella's. Each message has said we were interested in having a table at the event. Sadly, neither message has been returned.
With no communications back from Cabella's, I am uncertain what can be done at this point. Even if (out of the blue) they called me on Monday, I'm not sure we'd have enough time to organize volunteers to cover the requisite shifts.
