If you would like to attend a group dinner, our Assistant Deputy Southeastern Michigan Regional Event Coordinator has one planned later this month in Taylor.

Saturday, July 21, 2012 @ 7pm.

Is this event still happening? I haven't seen anything official about it at all posted here. I may have posted about this event in error. Is there a MOC coordinator handling this thing?

Having not gotten any response, I can only assume that this event is not happening. I don't want to make the hour journey to find out in person. I would hope that in the future we could have some posting of "official" MOC events by an "official" of MOC.

Yes, the event did happen. I wasn't 100% sure if it was still happening myself, but on the other hand I live close by and in a worse case scenario we would have just eaten dinner there any way.

This was my first time attending an MOC event. I had a good time and some good conversation. The kids had a blast and made a new friend. My wife got her first healthy dose of open carry, and in a perfect environment for her.

I'm looking forward to the next one!
