Task Force Meets to Talk Roadway Shootings

I am pretty sure most of us have heard of this in the past week.

My question is about how they are handling this. I know somebody who drives a black cavalier from lansing to Detroit every day. I talked to him today and he was pulled over and searched because his vehicle mached the description. Since he had "nothing to hide" (his words not mine) he agreed to a search. :banghead: I was wondering is would they have PC or RAS to search without consent? Do people lose their 4A rights because their vehicle "matches the description?
