I will, on occasion, wear twin FNH Five-seveNs. No ballistic vest, though.
Gave my ballistic vest to the son of a friend a few years ago who was in a cadet program with his local PD.

October - May AZ is a very fun place to live. June, July, August, most of September....not so fun...unless you like cooking eggs without using a oven
