Writing Congressmen
« on: June 13, 2010, 11:07:58 AM »
I am putting a couple of letter together to send to my congressmen about OCing.  My question is do I have a better chance to get a response back or to be taken seriously if I mail them a letter rather than an email.  Does anyone have any experience or opinions with this either way?

Mail leaves a paper trail  :o

In all seriousness though, I have found that you have a good chance of getting a response via email, and in a shorter amount of time as well.

The problem is, though, your response is likely to be 'canned'... and you may need to send two or three replies before you get a 'real' response.

And this would be quicker via email than snail mail, my 2 cents.
