Never open carried before? Well here is your chance! Just curious? Here's a great opportunity to come get some questions answered and see other OC'ers "in action" Michigan Open Carry is inviting you to come have dinner with us at Holiday's in Ann Arbor.


WHO: YOU! and all your friends interested in Open Carry!
WHAT:OC dinner, open carry of a holstered pistol encouraged (though not required)
WHERE: Holiday's, 2080 West Stadium Boulevard, Ann Arbor, MI 48103
WHEN: Thursday, October 24th at 7:00pm

Dang, it seems like everything is always at least an hour away, to the West of me.

For what it's worth it's about an hour away for me too. Where do you live? Is the a venue closer to you that would host us? If so let me know and we will see what we can do.

I live in Warren... 48092

I am sure I could call around and speak to some restaurant owners and see if they would accept us.

I really wanted to go to the Kensington park BBQ but I was unable to go on that day.

We would need some place that doesn't sell liquor/beer.  If they do sell, we'd need them to be willing to provide written permission.  Cite: MCL 750.234d.  Some of our participants don't have CPLs.

Yes I already knew that and would consider the CPL'less people like myself (Until October 22nd).  Thanks for the reminder though, I will see what I can come up with.

if it helps your decision at all.. this place is one of the best in Ann Arbor.  Their breakfast menu is fantastic, and they serve their breakfast menu all day ;)  mmmm hashbrowns, omelette, and sausage.. yum ;)

And their coconut creme and banana creme pies are excellent too!  ;D
