So 2/3 of the commissioners and the vehemently anti-gun mayor are ineligible for re-election?

The bad news is the same voters will be choosing their replacements.

Yup.

The word is Heartwell was already planning to not run again and Bliss has been gearing up for the race. According to the last reports, she has more in her campaign fund than the rest of the commission combined. Biss is no better on guns, but will probably be less dumb about what she says.
