Man who kept ammo in his bedroom is spared jail
« on: February 24, 2015, 06:00:36 PM »
From where else?  England.  A man who could have been sentenced to prison for not keeping his ammo locked up received a suspended prison sentence, probation, and community service when coppers, who apparently are allowed to do home searches to make sure gun owners are keeping their guns and ammo locked away at all times, found ammo in a bag in the man's bedroom.  They also found "dangerous ‘hollow point’ ammunition - designed to expand on impact - which he wasn’t allowed to keep at all!"

This from a place where men have sex with mail boxes, and gun crime is on the rise.

In the nearby town of Salford (pop. 72,750) they've had ten shootings in the past few months, including this latest drive-by shooting.
