That stuff is legal here. Germany doesn't have 2A, so who knows? Apparently the locals knew of it, including the mayor, and had no problem. The man used to drive it around town.
He must have had a large basement!

You might have to get NFA approval, don't know, but several people had cannons and stuff on the ill-fated show Sons of Guns. Remember the guy that had the Bofurs?
