I can still see it. NoScript and AdBlockPlus must be doing the trick. All the talk about 'the victim' seems to be 'according to authorities', so maybe the cops kept calling him the victim and the reporters just repeated the stupidity?

The Oakland County Prosecutor's Office has determined the fatal shooting of a 27-year-old Pontiac man earlier this month occurred in self-defense, according to the Oakland County Sheriff's Office.

Officials also said prosecutors have charged two men involved in the shooting with carrying a concealed weapon and tampering with evidence.

The concealed weapon charge, a felony, carries a penalty of up to five years in prison. The tampering with evidence charge is a misdemeanor, punishable by up to a year in jail.

Another man has been charged with domestic violence, also a misdemeanor.

Police said LeJajuan Hunt was shot multiple times just before 2 a.m. Oct. 8 near the 600 block of Newman Lane in Pontiac.

Deputies found the victim in St. Joseph Mercy Oakland Hospital's emergency room where he was listed in critical condition, according to authorities.

Officials said he was in the area of Newman Lane looking for a man who fathered a child with Hunt's cousin. Hunt planned to confront the man about a domestic violence incident that had happened earlier at an apartment on the street.

Before arriving at the scene, however, the victim and three of his friends recorded a Facebook video of themselves driving through the city, rapping and passing a small handgun around, according to detectives.

There was also a video of the victim discussing the shooting. It also contained audio of the shooting, police said. Investigators were able to retrieve the video from the social media website before it was deleted.

Officials said after the victim and his three friends arrived at the apartment, he got out of his car and confronted his cousin's boyfriend.

Witnesses told police when the Hunt (couldn't decide whether to name him or call him the victim again, so they called him the Hunt that time) pointed the gun at the other man, a third man who was standing on a nearby porch pulled out a gun and returned fire at the victim, striking him, according to authorities.

More gunfire was exchanged, which caused Hunt's death at the hospital.
