Great Job guys! Although I have been to a few of these I always try to go just to show support. That being said I think I may have found a small flaw in the process... This is only my personal opinion but I did notice no where before, during or after was it mentioned that any of the information provided should not be considered Legal Advise. The speaker does state that it is his own opinion however shouldn't there be some sort of disclaimer in a legal respect?

Noisy or not, I am sure it would have been ok. I have one of those noisy VHS hand cams myself  :P
