Hello all. I have been here for a bit, but finally became a full fledged member. As stated I am from Erie. Hope to be able to provide some useful input to the discussions here.

Well I have lurked enough and read enough on here and OCDO that I feel I can commit to this organization with no regrets down the line as I have had a few bad experiences elsewhere. Also I am a believer in a person's rights, though I am realistic enough to know that to change the way the .gov doles them out will take time, effort, and money.
