FREEDOM, Pa. -- Police say a costumed 9-year-old girl was accidentally shot outside a western Pennsylvania home during a Halloween party by a relative who thought she was a skunk.

His punishment should be that he has to spent the rest of this life in a cage, surrouded by skunks who have been genetically altered to produce a spray 10x more, and never allowed to shower or change his clothes

I am so glad you guys were there so we as a society know how to respond.

 Everybody always has knee jerk reactions. Yes on the outside it seems really stupid (mistaking a 9yo for a skunk) but with more information who know what somebody might think. I do think the man seem incompetent but I dont know the whole story.
