Military-Style Assault Weapons

This article is the most balanced from mainstream media on "Military-Style Assault Weapons" that I have seen. It's by an AP writer.

I have an issue the last paragraph talking about no regulation of private sales, they failed to mention that it is illegal to sell to someone who is not legally allowed to have a gun. While there is no legal requirement for a background check, morality and being a good citizen requires being very careful when selling to someone you don't know.
