I am not a "member" yet but I would be happy to participate in this.  I am only about 10 minutes away.  How many people usually go to things like this?  Is there a way for me to see who has signed up or just keep checking this forum post for the replies?

Thank you.  I never got into the Myspace/facebook scene so I tend to miss some information.  I understand a lot of the world runs on facebook these days but I guess I am old fashioned and try to rely on forums.  I am just afraid that I would end up being the only one there and feel weird.

Ok wow, I see that link says that 16 people are going.

I am a pretty shy person so don't expect much out of me.  Now I'm getting nervous HA.

I think we are over 20 now based on the other forums that I have posted thus event in.

Dont worry about being shy, I use to be very shy also. I have since over come it.

Anyone want to join us in Lansing? I have a small group that is going out there at noon, then going to the dinner. Anyone that wants to join us out there in Lansing would be awesome.

61 people tonight.  9 new/renewing members!

I'd say that's a record!

Special thanks to Greg for putting it on.  We hope you will put on more events in your area soon!

I had a really nice time last night. I would guess more than 2/3 of the attendees were new faces. I had a nice talk with a group who came in from Ann Arbor! Very well done.

Jeff, if I remember correctly you live some where near the Madison heights, royal oak, warren area. If you would like we could meet up for coffee or something and talk a bit. Just let me know send me a PM and we can set something up.
