Michigan- Loaded magazine transport without CPL
« on: May 31, 2013, 10:37:08 PM »
I titled the question appropriately for others who may ask a search engine. :)

I'm still waiting on my CPL (Which if you ask me is B.S.!), I shouldn't have to beg and grovel to protect myself.

Anyways, when I'm traveling to and fro in my vehicle, can I leave the magazines loaded as long as the gun is locked up in the car safe and the magazines are (Separate) in my glove box???

There is no prohibition against keeping loaded mags with you sans license.

 That said, I don't have my P-Number.

Translation: you can keep a loaded magazine as long as it isn't in a gun.

We do know a lot of stuff.  That being said, only licensed attorneys in Michigan should give legal advice.  If I give you legal advice and you follow it (to your own detriment), you could sue me.

Easy there. Many organizations and some politicians are working on getting firearms rights restored, however the legislative system being what it is, this process takes time. It may not move quickly enough for you (or others) but it is moving. As to this forum and organization, you have posted questions and received answers yes? You have also made some posts that I personally would deem questionable for this forum (A view that may or may not be the same as the site Admins). However that being said, it is rude to come into someone else s house and criticize the furniture, if you get my drift.
