It just went off

A man accidentally shot himself in the leg while at a Wal-Mart store in Phoenix on Saturday.  The man had a gun on his hip and it went off.

My gun "just went off" while at the range yesterday about 100 times.  My AR-15 "just went off" 50 times as well.
