Talking about the worryingly authentic arsenal, particularly the boy’s AR-15 rifle, the chief said: ‘If that kid had walked into a restaurant with that in the middle of the afternoon, I guarantee you one of my lawfully-armed citizens, if not one of my police officers, would have shot him.
